Pickup and Delivery Questions
Residential Monday-Friday 8am-6pm Commercial Accounts will depend on contract.
One time or sporadic pick up is $1.89/lb, Recurring customers $1.65/lb. However, if you know you want a weekly pickup you may sign up for the Laundry Plan which is based on the size of your family.
Yes $25 for residential laundry and comforter pickups, $35 for commercial small orders.
Call or go online and place your order with your payment information saved.
Based on your zip code. We have routes running Monday-Friday.
You must give us permission in your account to leave your clothes if you are not going to be home for the delivery. Tell us where to leave them. We don't want to be responsible if your clothes go missing so we need written permission to leave them.
Online there is a place for notes, or you may call the plant. Laundry plan customers can also leave a note in their crate. We work hard to accommodate each customer.
If you start a Laundry Plan you are required to pay the current monthly rate. You can cancel anytime.
As you go for pickup customers, Laundry Plans are paid weekly, or monthly, and commercial accounts may be COD or Invoiced.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
You can log into your account and let us know not to pickup, however Laundry Plan members your payments will not change.
